Admission Overview

Government ITI Araria, Bihar offers admission to various NCVT approved trades every year. The admission process is transparent and strictly based on merit as per the guidelines of the Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: 10th Pass (Matriculation with Science & Maths)

Age Limit: Minimum: 14 years

Maximum: As per Government norms (usually 40 years, with relaxation for reserved categories)

Admission Process

Online Application: Students must apply through the official Bihar ITICAT (ITI Competitive Admission Test) portal or as per Government notification.

Merit List / Entrance Test: Admission is granted based on merit list or ITICAT exam rank.

Counselling & Seat Allotment:

Candidates must attend counselling and choose their preferred trade.

Document Verification:

Original documents are verified at the institute before final admission.

Fee Payment & Enrollment:

After verification, candidates must pay the prescribed fees to confirm admission.

8.   Aadhaar Card

9.   Application Start Date: As per BCECEB notification

10.   Last Date of Application: As per BCECEB notification

11.   Entrance Exam (ITICAT): As notified

12.   Counseling & Admission: As per merit list schedule
